The 7th annual Russian Energy Week (REW) is scheduled to take place in Moscow from September 26-28, 2024. Since its inception in 2016, REW has grown into a vital platform for addressing the key challenges and opportunities in the global energy sector, with a focus on oil, gas, coal, electricity, renewable energy, and energy efficiency.
The 2024 event, organized by the Roscongress Foundation and Russia’s Ministry of Energy, will run under the theme “Energy Cooperation in a Multipolar World.” Supported by the Russian government and the city of Moscow, the forum aims to highlight the potential of Russia’s energy sector while promoting international collaboration.
REW 2024 will feature over 30 specialized sessions, including high-level business dialogues and panels that cover topics like international energy cooperation, sustainable energy strategies, and advancements in energy technologies. The discussions will explore key issues surrounding the development and innovation of the fuel and energy complex.
A major highlight of the forum will be the prestigious Global Energy Prize ceremony, which celebrates groundbreaking research and innovations in energy that promote both efficiency and environmental sustainability.
Previous editions of Russian Energy Week have attracted global attention, with high-profile speakers such as Russian President Vladimir Putin, as well as industry leaders, experts, and government officials from around the world. Thousands of participants are expected to attend, making the 2024 forum a hub for international energy dialogue and collaboration.
